• Responsible party must be at least 18 & have a valid drivers license.
• All bicyclers must observe traffic laws.
• No bicycles on beaches or private property.
• When on roads, bikes ride with traffic on the extreme right single file.
• All riders must wear helmets.
• No refunds or rain checks.
